Finding your Acturis Reg Key

If you need to edit anything in Acturis Assistance Settings, ensure all Acturis windows have been shut.

Click on the up arrow on your Taskbar and you will see the Acturis Icon.

Right Click on the icon Acturis Icon and click on Settings. This will open Acturis Assistant Settings.

In the Home tab, check the label of the selected Registration key (in case you have more than one added)

 Go to the Security tab. This shows you the Registration Key for the label. 

If this is not the regkey you should be using, you can add another in this screen. You choose the label, and then on the Home tab select the new label in the drop down. Be sure to click apply at each step.
