Introduction
Clearing the Acturis Cache can help resolve problems when the application appears to be functioning incorrectly. This can be as a result of network connectivity issues; two people concurrently modifying the same record, or a change in the configuration module that hasn't had time to fully propagate to clients.
The video below will show you how to clear your Acturis cache. This won't delete any Acturis data, and should have no adverse effects on the application.
