You can setup default answer for the Regulatory Information and Capacity fields on the Sales Compliance screen. This is all done in the Configuration module and may also utilise Automation.
Capacity
This is per insurer account and uses the Automation found here:
Click Add, then select the 'Configuration - Insurer Account Update' process. Click Create Template. The first tab of the spreadsheet that downloads has the rest of the instructions to run the Automation, but the changes you want to make to the data are setting the answers you want in these columns:
Re-defaulting at renewal (yes) will help to roll this out.
Regulatory Information
This uses the 'Configuration - Product Availability Update' Automation.
Click Add, then select the 'Configuration - Product Availability Update' process. Click Create Template. The first tab of the spreadsheet that downloads has the rest of the instructions to run the Automation, but the changes you want to make to the data are setting the answers you want in these columns:
